First of all I would like to introduce myself briefly. My name is Tomáš Štverák, I am 24 years old and I come from a small wallachian town called Zubří. I am a student of the Prigo University in Havířov. I have been doing sports since I was a small child – starting with football and handball – I dedicated almost 10 years to both of these sports and as I was 15 years old, I tried a few running competitions on “Lysa” and my first B7 ultramarathon. Since that time I have become addicted to ultramarathons mostly organised in the mountains.

3^rd place – Championship of the Czech Republic – Lysá Hora winter extreme race/individuals – within 24 hours 12 rounds = approx. 140 km, elevation 9 600m
2020 – 1^st place – Lysa 24 hours – winter extreme race/individuals – 13,5 rounds = approx. 155km, elevation 11 000m
2020 – 1^st place – Jested 24 hours – approx. 170km, elevation 10 000m
2019 – 1^st place – CUTT Beskydy – 42km + a few more podiums within the CUTT series
twice overall 4^th place – B7 Championship of the Czech Republic – 2020 as individual
2016 – overall 11^th place – Andora Ultra Trail 170 km, elevation 13 500m – Czech record beaten by 4 hours
2019 – overall 6^th place – Grossglockner Ultra Trail – 110km
2020 – 3^rd place – “Nízkotatranská stíhačka” – Low Tatras Ultra Trail 110km
twice 2^nd place – “Horská výzva 24H” – Kouty nad Desnou – 2015, 2016
2017 – 3^rd place UTMB – junior category under 23 years of age -170 km, elevation 10 500m
1^st and 3^rd place – “5BV” – 5 summits of the Beskydy Mountains – orienteering – 2017, 2018
2019 – 26^th place overall – 100miles across the Istria Peninsula in Croatia – part of Ultra World Tour
2019 – “Pražská 100” – 4^th place – 125km, elevation 5 000m
2019 – “Hostýnská osma” – 4^th place – 68km, elevation 3 500m
There have been a few personal projects which I would like to develop further – 2020 – Home, sweet home J – 180km, elevation 7 400m in 27 hours 2 minutes
